what beautiful bread you make - is it all spelt or did you mix in some of your freshly ground white wheat? (I'm guessing you did... but I am not 100% sure) Oh - and are you using flaxseed to make it a little chewier? Are you using my recipe? so many questions...

Mostly, this picture is for Jamie -- to prove that my bread is turning out -- and that I'm not scared of my wheat grinder anymore -- yum yum!
