In it to loose it!


I have rededicated. again. I love Tracy at WW. She's Miss motivation for me. Yesterday she said she did something that was just the something she needed -- it was to hand in her quick-track to one of her members. it's one thing to have to write down everything you eat and be honest with yourself -- but sometimes even that looses it's edge for me because no one ever looks at it. So this week- I am going to turn it in -- post it here for the world to see! (or at least the 3 people that look at this.) whether or not you give a rip what i'm eating for a week straight isn't negotiable -- i'm posting it anyway. i'm not promising it will all be super healthy foods -- (Adrienne will be here half of the time and she tends to get me into trouble, but TRY I WILL!) so off i go -- to make a healthy breakfast. I'll check back tonight.
