Green protein smoothie

after a hard work out in the morning this is my new favorite breakfast. made with:

1 c. skim milk

2 scoops vanilla protein shake powder (Noni Fit)

plenty of fresh strawberries (1 c. or more)

1/2 banana

1-2 c. spinach

few ice cubes

1 t. canola oil


it makes almost more than I can drink but is only 6 WW points plus

and it's not just tolerable, it's GOOD. and the best part about it is that I get to check off 3 fruit/veg boxes, one oil, a milk and a lean protein. At least my day is STARTED right.
