Garden Veggies with Eggs
Friday morning breakfast: 1 egg plus 1 egg white, a whole (sm) green pepper, green onions, mushrooms, a tomato, whole wheat toast and a glass of milk. I'm stuffed and it was 7 pts with the oil and milk to drink.
