Breakfast Burrito

This, is what keeps me on track. I lost 3.8 lbs this week, and I attribute it to checking all my boxes. I only checked every single box ONE full day, and it was really hard -- 8 fruits and veggies? After I was done with that, my 3 servings each of oil, lean proteins and milk, I didn't have any points (or room) left for anything else. If I have something like unto this for breakfast:
I can usually count on it being a better eating-day overall. 3 points and totally satisfying, it really hits my spot.
